I started a new career opportunity in my life recently, moving in another direction than the one I had been on for the last 30 years. I’m ready to try something new and different. Plus who knows, it could lead to other more lucrative opportunities down the road, a springboard to better things perhaps. I’m not saying I’d never go back to the corporate world but for now I’ve no desire to do the typical nine to five, dog-eat-dog, stress over deadlines for reports that few really cared about. I'm getting older and don't want to live that way anymore. I'm meeting lots of new people and have become part of a shared mission now and my schedule is fluid to fit my needs. Where this road I am on will ultimately lead me, I'm not really sure, but am thankful for the ride, and grateful that I'll still be able to follow my passions on my own terms.
