| keep in mind what jimi hendrix was doing back then. the tones and diferent noises he made were phenominal. most other artists then were playing crappy songs with clean tone. i will admit that all the guitarists you mentioned are all really good. |

| Satriani, santana, van halen, steve vai are all good guitarists. Malmsteen does suck though, he's too repetitive. And Van Halens guitar sucks, it only has 1 pickups so dont say its awesome. |

I agree with all of you - Eddie is the greatest of all time RIGHT after Jimi Hendrix @ #1... BUT i JUST HAVE TO CHIME IN....
:confused: It's a decent replica, but please, where ever that thing is posted, it's not one of eddie van halens' acutal guitars... a pretty REPLICA, BUT not Eddies' guitar... I would be willing to guarantee he's never touched it. HE BUILT ALL OF HIS GUITARS PERSONALLY... Besides, there's no 1971 quarter positioned under the top part of the Floyd Rose Tremolo (=by where your forearm rests...)
